All decisions involving the processing and approval or disapproval of Applications will be made solely and exclusively by the Lender to which your Application is submitted. Talkuments will have no role in the evaluation of any information submitted by you as an applicant ("Applicant") or in any decision by a Lender to approve or disapprove any Application. An Application made via this Website to a Lender shall not constitute an application to any other Lender which may also participate in this Website.
This Website will display only data submitted by Applicant's Lender. Applicant cannot enter data into this Website of any kind, nor can Applicant alter or change data displayed on this Website. Changes to displayed data are made only by the Applicant's Lender.
In addition to these Terms of Use and the Talkuments Privacy Statement and Security Statement for this Website, an Applicant's engagement with a Lender via this Website will be subject to additional terms, conditions and policies from that Lender. Lenders may also from time-to-time be required to share your completed Loan information in order to adhere to State Licensing Record Retention requirement, and for internal marketing and analytics.
