For example, we collect personal information when you are answering loan knowledge questions and answering attestation questions related to your loan application and we gather information related to where you go on the Website, the FAQ's you frequent and the videos you watch and the quality of your experience while visiting the Website.
The Website is a general audience site and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in the inability to successfully apply for a loan.
To the extent you provide PII in any public forum, it is at your own risk.
Federal and state regulations may require storage of completed loan requests for various periods of time. In order to comply with these requirements, your information may not be removed from Website- related databases until the expiration of the applicable period.
